I know that there are pictures in that one secret store in the city, but I think I tried buying one and tried to donate to the museum and the Owl said it was a fake. Please help?
Yep... you just have to KEEP BUYING from "Crazy Redd" and just hope to get lucky by getting a "Real" painting. You'll get a "Real" one about 33% of the time, or so...
And yes... every so often you'll see a painting for sale at Nook's. But, that's not very often at all, really.
So, the quickest way to fill up your museum, is to just keep buying a painting from "Redd" every week. Then, take it over to the museum to find out if it is real or not.
