Is the Sims2 Xmas Christmas party pack meant to come with a manual?

I've quite possibly made a problem. I sold this game on ebay, as it was when I bought it, but as I was selling more games, just used the format 'used but in original box with manual'. Only the game didn't come with a manual, just an advert. I've noticed others without a mention of one either. (not to be confused with Festive stuff pack) Help!
