We have had a 3 digit delaware license plate in the family for generations. It is a very low number and it has the word HANDICAPPED written across the top.. We have never seen another like this and it is active. We are just wondering what it is worth!
It can't be sold to another person for use on a car, so it's only valuable to a certain type of collector. Probably not worth what it would cost to find an interested buyer.
