If so did you notice Melissa salt, then pat dry the chicken with a paper towel and THEN DRY HANDS WITH THE SAME TOWEL, she then proceeds to pick up her pepper mill ( no hand washing ) and reach into the bowl with the potatoes to begin their prep with still NO HAND WASHING.
Eww can you say cross contamination?
Oh my goodness, disgusting would be my first reaction! Well, I was watching it and after I saw her knife skills, I left the living room, it sounds like I didn't miss much. I did notice, however, that she repeated herself almost 3 times with the exact same information, so that put me off first, but it's her first show, right? I'm thinking however, that the FN should be more attentive to critical sanitary measures as much as they focus on entertainment. I'm now watching "Big Daddy's House" and I like it so far, it's my first time seeing it as I usually work on Sundays. Anyways, I'll give the 10$ show another chance, because I always like second chances given to me when I make mistakes. I sincerely hope that FN gets there act together for this program, if not, there are lots of other shows that I love with quality Chefs and home Chefs too! Have a GREAT Sunday Libby!
