It's been a month since I have given birth and I'm having sex again, it doesn't hurt as it did the first time after giving birth, but I'm scared the stitches would tear. I had an incision until my butt when I gave birth.
Usually your doctor gives you an estimate on when its okay to start again. I tore pretty far as well and they had said four to six weeks. We tried after four but it was very painful so we had to wait quite a bit longer. Bottom line every ones body is different and if it didn't hurt and its not wild monkey sex you should be fine.
