well i got Twilight princess from library (none to buy) and there was a whole bunch of tape like barcode,tape covering to whole disc and some metal tape thingy and istead of normal wii sound its bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz sound (like bzzzz under a quilt) NEED HELP asap
I would assume that the bar code and metal tape on TOP of the disc is there to make sure that nobody breaks it and tries to replace the disc.
However, if it is covering the bottom side of the Wii game then that is an issue. If you're able to still play it, and there is nothing on the bottom side of the Wii game then you should be fine, but if it is covering the bottom side and front side or just the bottom side then i suggest you take it back to the library and ask about this issue as there shouldn't be anything on the bottom of the Wii disc. It could be harmful to the game disc its self by having that stuff on that side of the disc as well as it could cause issues in game when using it.
If this is happening with not just this library copy of Twilight Princess, then you may want to look into a repair order being set up for your Wii.
