What are these lines upon my face,
And why oh why won't they erase?
I've slathered on expensive creams,
had endless facials, so it seems...
Yet still my brow has furrows deep,
It truly makes me want to weep!
Where once was dewy sparkling skin,
Is now a face like Gunga Din!
No more plump and rosy cheek,
no more face that makes men weak!
"Grow old gracefully" say my peers.
BUT I want to erase the years!
So off I go for a nip and tuck...
(I hope you all will wish me luck!)
When I return I will be brand new!
(with hopefully nothing gone askew!!!)
The slackened skin on my cheek border
Is where you soon will bounce a quarter!!
The little pouch beneath my jaw,
will disappear and be no more!!
Farewell you nasolabial fold!!
You will no longer make me old!!
My droopy lids will stand at attention!
My entire face will regain it's dimension!!
But will this really make me happy??
Or will I still feel just as crappy???
