Friends Counted

So yesterday when I was using myspace, i came across to this forgery myspace page which asked me to enter name and password to view pics, i closed it right away. Now i logged in and and it says i have 18 friends when I really have 17. I counted several times to check and it was 17, not 18. Has anyone experienced this?
I went to Edit Friends and i counted them. OH YEAH TOM ISNT ON MY LIST AND I STILL GOT 18 FRIENDS. werid.
Go into your edit friends page. Myspace keeps friends who have deleted their accounts in your friend count unless you manually remove them.
