Is it really worth training up Afghan soldiers?

because what has happened again, is that another one has turned on two American soldiers and killed them. That is three separate murderous killings in as many weeks. I know that US, UK forces are training up these Afghans to take over after they leave, but i am beginning to wonder perhaps they should be totally separate. They train them up, but do they share quarters, If these rogue soldiers have access to army base and have weapons, surely this is going to go on. The report i watched the other day was that many of these Afghan soldiers, policemen are going awol, take drugs, and simply leave. What is the point of training them, i can only see more incidents like this happening.

We cannot change the people if the government of those people remain corrupt, if we cannot change the government, we need to bring our military home. My opinion.
