In this months English issue of the Cross stitcher magazine there is a Christmas tree design that has been made into a decoration for the table and has been stuffed. I really don't want to buy the magazine as I subscribed for 2 years to another one so already have loads. But I would really like to know how the decoration has been made. I'm not bothered about the design I would just like to know how they have sewn the decoration together and what fabric was used.
I haven't got a copy of the magazine but it may be an idea to try and look on their website.
Not having seen it I would say either use aida for the hole item and sew it up or buy some similar weight festive fabric for the backing.
